Yes, on all individual orders over $150.

You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. If it’s been over 72 hours and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please email us.

However, if you ordered something under pre-order you will only receive the confirmation email within 72 hours. The shipping confirmation will be sent once the order has shipped.

Yes, you may cancel any order within one hour of placing it. Please email hello@persaygifts.com to do so. If your order is outside of the one hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order beyond the one hour mark.

Please email returns@persaygifts.com to start a return. Any orders returned without a Persay-issued label will not be accepted.

You can request returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

Yes. Once your order is received and approved by Persay, a restocking and return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
