Does Persay offer free shipping?
Yes, on all individual orders over $200.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. If it’s been over 72 hours and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please email us.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
We strive to ship out all orders in a timely manner. Please email us at hello@persaygifts.com ASAP should you wish to change the address.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel any order within one hour of placing it. Please email hello@persaygifts.com to do so. If your order is outside of the one hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit your order beyond the one hour mark.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
Please email returns@persaygifts.com to start a return. Any orders returned without a Persay-issued label will not be accepted.
What is your return window?
You can request returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Once your order is received and approved by Persay, a restocking and return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
