Refund policy
We hope you love your gift! If you're not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 10 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
All sale items are final sale.

- Any orders returned without a Persay-issued label are considered the responsibility of the customer to insure. Persay will not be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- Any orders returned without a Persay-issued label will be returned to the customer.
Once your order is received and approved by the Persay team, a restocking and return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
